We had a washing machine valve burst and it flooded the ground floor of our home. SERVPRO was quick to respond and quick to get things cleaned up. We had Dallas and Zack come to do the work. Very good job and very respectful and informative in what they found, what they were doing and why they were doing it. Couldn't ask for a better crew. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a disaster clean up.

I'd also like to call out each of the teams that worked on the restoration of my home. Each and every one was always professional, worked hard each day they were on-site and were an absolute joy to work with. This includes the initial crew that came to clean up and dry out the house back on 6/13...they arrived quickly and jumped right in. 

I'm not sure I would have made it through as well as I have if it wasn't for all the SERVPRO team members that worked on the house these past 5 months. Sincerely thankful for everything the team has done.

SERVPRO of Cecil County did a great job of cleaning up and restoring a leak in our condo! They were on time, professional and very respectful that I was working from home while they were here. My only "better-if" would be more clear expectations in the beginning regarding timing, the sequence of events, etc. but again that's a very minor critique on the great work that they did. Between Victor, Mike, Kyler and the rest of the crew, it was a great experience.

I recently had water damage to my house, the SERVPRO crew came in (WOW) these guys were friendly, polite, trustworthy, and did an amazing clean up job. Nothing, I mean no debris was left on the floor, they work as a team, should they walk you thru every step. SERVPRO is the best company out there, I have their number on speed dial. I recently had water damage in my basement and rec room. Called SERVPRO Of Cecil COUNTY and talked to Jessie who had Victor come out to the house and filed an insurance claim the next day. He was super. Crew came in the following day and started the process cleaning up and getting rid of damage on the property and hauling it away, checking the humidity each day til it was right. Crew was polite, hardworking and knowledgeable. Afterwards Jessie sent in Joe for construction problems. Again!!!!!!! Super guy and crew. They all had a job and worked well together to get the job done correctly. Very satisfied and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you all. I have to give a special shout out to Jessie. I had SERVPRO of Cecil County come to my home to give me a free estimate on water and growth removal after I noticed there was water damage beneath my laminate flooring in my basement.  They came to my home for the estimate the very next day. The quote was beyond reasonable and they "gave me a break" knowing I was going to need to pay out of pocket.  Victor Sotolotto was so friendly and did a wonderful job explaining everything in detail to me.  He was very patient with all of my questions as I knew nothing about the type of work I needed done!!  Victor even went around my home and told me how I could help prevent any further water intake by adding some grading around the edge of my foundation.  He recommended the gutter extensions to lead the water away from my home as well.  Victor and his co-worker, Michael Bailey, even made a voluntary 2nd visit to my home so they could be there to help me explain to my insurance adjuster the cause of the water damage to verify if it would be covered. After the adjuster left they helped me put on my gutter extensions. Michael went above and beyond and even knocked a wasp nest down for me while I waited safely inside.  I also wanted a piece of heavy electronics equipment moved  to make sure it was safe and out of the way.  They volunteered to move it for me!!   When the work was done, a few larger items were out of place and too heavy for me to move back by myself.  I messaged Victor and he and Michael came to my home with two other co-workers within 30 minutes and moved the larger items back for me.

Words can't express how pleased I am with their professionalism, excellent customer service, and how they went above and beyond what they really needed to do.  They even were able to knock my bill down a bit knowing that it wasn't covered by my insurance.  I'm very pleased with the finished product!!

Had SERVPRO of Cecil County to my house to clean up after my toilet leaked from the 2nd floor into my kitchen. The crew did a great job. Very quick response. Crew came out on a Saturday afternoon and took care of everything. Very thankful for Victor and his crew. Highly recommend!!
